This is how mums should feel as they return to work after maternity leave but so often it's not the case.
The aim of this workshop is to support you in releasing the guilt, managing stress & anxiety, and recognising just how capable you are.
Even if your employer isn't offering the maternity leave support you deserve, this workshop is about helping you feel empowered and achieve the right mindset, which is already within you.
The return to work support in this workshop includes education on stress and anxiety, refreshments, a goodie bag filled with products from female-owned independent businesses, relaxation techniques, recordings and resources to take away with you.
This workshop takes place every 3-4 months for small groups at Gracie B Salon in West Bridgford, Nottingham and is also available as an individual session online or in person at a time that suits you.
