The most important factor in therapy being effective is the relationship you build with your therapist so "shop around" and find someone you feel comfortable with.

Hi! I'm a busy mum (is there any other kind?) to a 8 year old boy and 6 year old girl. I am a qualified teacher and safeguarding lead for a Multi Academy Trust.
I know from experience how challenging it can be to manage the pressures of daily life but it doesn't have to be a constant struggle. You probably already know that you have the power within you to make positive changes in your life and I can help you to harness that inner strength.
I am a qualified and accredited Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in West Bridgford, Nottingham, as well as offering sessions online, and can support you in making the changes that will improve your happiness and well-being.

Hypnotherapy involves accessing your subconscious mind through a state of deep relaxation and focus. Your subconscious has limitless capacity and by reprogramming your belief system, it is possible to make positive and lasting changes in your life. In most cases, only a small number of sessions will be all that's required to achieve the results you are looking for. It is often misunderstood and under-utilised as a therapy.
