Hi! I'm a busy mum (is there any other kind?) to a 8 year old boy and 6 year old girl. I am a qualified teacher and safeguarding lead for a Multi Academy Trust.
I know from experience how challenging it can be to manage the pressures of daily life but it doesn't have to be a constant struggle. You probably already know that you have the power within you to make positive changes in your life and I can help you to harness that inner strength.
I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in West Bridgford, Nottingham and can support you in making the changes that will improve your happiness and well-being. In the past 12 months I have provided over 590 hours of support to both children and adults, online and in person.

Hypnotherapy involves accessing your deeper subconscious mind through deep relaxation and focus. You can make positive and lasting changes in your life literally with your eyes closed! In most cases, only a small number of sessions will be all that's required to achieve the results you are looking for. It is often misunderstood and under-used as a therapy but more and more people are enjoying the benefits.
I can offer sessions online or in person in a calming therapy space in West Bridgford, Nottingham. I offer a FREE, no obligation initial consultation, so you have the opportunity to explore the approach that might be best for you.
